on the afternoon of December 17, the opening ceremony of "Qilin plan - Changxing Qilin Pavilion phase I Amazon cross border e-commerce incubation class" hosted by Changxing County Bureau of Commerce and undertaken by Zhejiang Guomao Digital Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held. Wang Lirong, member of the Party committee of Changxing County Bureau of Commerce and full-time vice president of Changxing County Council for the promotion of international trade, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. 40 e-commerce staff from 20 enterprises in the county participated in this training. In the next three months, the trainees will receive basic, detailed and comprehensive Amazon incubation training

this year, Huzhou City was approved as China's comprehensive pilot zone of cross-border e-commerce. Cross border e-commerce will become an important way for the transformation and upgrading of Zhejiang's foreign trade in the future. With the prevalence of the global epidemic, the development of cross-border e-commerce is not only the way for enterprises to survive, but also the strategy of competition. Changxing County has always attached great importance to the work of cross-border e-commerce, and has built a perfect cross-border e-commerce ecosystem by introducing preferential policies, strengthening training and incubation, building a cross-border e-commerce Industrial Park, introducing well-known cross-border e-commerce service providers and other measures. From January to November 2020, the cross-border e-commerce transaction volume of Changxing County reached 1.841 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 110%. At the same time, Changxing County has many honorary titles, such as national top 100 e-commerce counties, provincial e-commerce innovation and development pilot counties, provincial industrial cluster cross-border e-commerce pilot counties and so on. The cross-border e-commerce incubation class aims to assist Changxing enterprises in the establishment and growth of cross-border business, form a brand, realize "leading the digital economy, helping Changxing brand go to sea", and create a cross-border "golden card" of Changxing County

relying on the platform of Changxing cross-border e-commerce Industrial Park and based on the advantages of characteristic industries of the whole county, Changxing County Bureau of Commerce will strengthen cooperation with enterprises such as Changxing Qilin Pavilion, Alibaba international station and Deyang technology, improve cross-border e-commerce customs clearance nodes, optimize regulatory services and comprehensively promote the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce industry ecology.
